This piece is from a series of three mixed media abstract paintings. With these I was exploring the idea that even amid chaos, there are these spots of beauty. There are spaces in the chaos where we can land, light, and recharge to keep going, to keep taking next steps. And maybe even exploring that a larger zoom out on chaos reveals patterns or beauty that we might not readily feel when chaos (such as grief experience) first descends upon us. I invite you to explore this piece to find where your own spots of beauty shine through it all.
