This worksheet is the self-paces, DIY version of my Developing Your Emotion Characters class. Print a copy out for each emotion you want to explore, and answer the prompts to develop the ideas and feelings you have about each emotion you are experiencing. This tool helps to support in externalization, exploring creativity, and shifting the relationships we have with and toward our emotions.
