Original mixed media artwork, approx 5.5×8 inches though each piece is hand-torn so that is not exact, and each is artist initialed and dated. This one includes handwritten phrasing that says, “…waking up one eyeball @ at time…”. Watermark of the site URL is NOT on the actual piece of artwork!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are on Vashon, we can arrange to meet in person for pick up if you wish.

If you are not on Vashon but in the US, then this item purchase includes flat rate, priority shipping. I do mailings once a week, usually on Thursdays.

If you are not at an address that can get USPS flat rate priority, then I will ship this item to you after your purchase and do an invoice to you with photograph of the post office receipt for the actual cost of shipping.

Description

This piece is from a series of mixed media pieces on a hand-torn art paper that was part of the 1000 Faces series. This series is on-going and into its second 1000 pieces, and this subset was to explore women and magic. They are an exploration of color, of difference, of various ways we might be making meaning in our everyday lives. Some of the pieces have small bits of handwritten phrases. Whatever intention I had as the heARTist of these pieces, they are just as much influenced by the meaning you bring to each piece, too. Each of these characters is open to being present as you need and wish. And the series has been used in various rituals that included doing a Reiki infusion on the heARTworks.
