What is eMail Coaching?

eMail Coachings sessions for anyone looking to creatively explore, especially those who are themselves grieving OR for helping professionals and/or lay persons, working in either paid or volunteer capacity, in fields like coaching, education, arts, hospice, nursing, therapy, funeral home services, chaplain, alternative medicine, group facilitators, social work, and more. I’m happy to connect with you if your personal or professional experiences are in regard to death-related OR non-death-related grief.

We’ll explore together the many ways your can raise your grief literacy to get unstuck and enhance your creative life, practice, professional and personal development skills.

eMail Coaching session may appeal most to those who:

1. 1. 1. appreciate more time to slowly process discoveries and exchanges,
      2. are a bit more introverted and find even the face to face on Zoom a bit too much stress,
      3. like the process of typing / writing to share experiences, learn, and have overview of exchanges,
      4. may not have as much private space to speak outloud so writing feels safest,
      5. don’t have as much daytime/business time to schedule yet another meeting and appreciate being able to read and write on the “off” times or whatever your schedule allows,
      6. just plain old curious about an alternative way to connect and having meaningful exchange around grief + creativity.

Using experiential, creative, personal development techniques, we can find ways for you to:

1. 1. 1. raise your grief literacy creatively,
      2. be more present with your family, community, and/or clients by tapping into your intuitive balance,
      3. tend and question burnout,
      4. expanding self-care to include community and relational aspects (because it is so much more than bubble baths!),
      5. exercise your agency and resourcefulness,
      6. tap into innovative ideas and research that go beyond the limitations of “the stages of grief” and “closure,”
      7. enable a renewed curiosity about living a creative life,
      8. implement skills that allow you to ask better, more generative questions of yourself, loves, and/or clients, and
      9. fuel your professional and personal growth.

Consults are offered as eMail Coaching sessions, available regardless of your/my geographic location. You need only to be able to both read and write emails.
